What we fly in Westchester, and what clients say when they see it.
Westchester is a great place to film from the air: big properties, estates, water views and new construction everywhere. It is also one of the trickier counties to fly in. Westchester County Airport has controlled airspace around it, county parks ban drones, and New York City permits start right at the border. A licensed pilot who plans for all of that is the difference between a smooth shoot and a canceled one.
We fly for real estate listings and estates, land sales with property lines drawn right on the aerial, construction progress, venues and events, and the cinematic shots that make a brand film feel big. Our drone clips have pulled real results too: three drone reels for a Hudson Valley lawn care company reached 1.43 million views. Single drone shoots start at $350.

Westchester County Airport (HPN) has a control tower and controlled airspace around it. Under FAA rules a licensed Part 107 pilot needs an airspace authorization before flying there, which is requested before the shoot. If a spot is too close to the runways to get approved, we tell you up front and plan the shots another way.
No. Westchester County parks say the use of model aviation, including drones, is prohibited. New York State parks need written approval or a permit. Most Westchester drone shoots launch from private property with the owner’s permission, like the home, estate or job site being filmed.
